Common questions

Where is my data?

On your iPhone only. Kaizen Grow has no accounts and no servers, so we can't see or recover it. Use Me → Export my data to save a backup file, and Me → Restore from a backup to bring it back on a new phone.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Me → Reminders. If they don't arrive, check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Kaizen.

How do I delete everything?

Me → Delete my data. Deleting the app also removes everything Kaizen stored on your iPhone.

Does it cost money?

No. Kaizen Grow is free, with no ads and no tracking.
